At Wedding Cellars we have a number of services in our Celebratory Wine business.
We understand that every couple has a dream wedding which is unique to them. Couples require different products for their special day and we are here to find, make and deliver your request on time and beautifully packaged. Wedding Cellars caters for the connoisseur who know exactly what they want to absolute beginners who seek flexibility and guidance to make their day perfect. Delivery and Choice
Wedding Cellars works in conjunction with Rose Bay Drive-In in Sydney and Peter Marr Wine Trader in Melbourne both premier fine wine specialist with reputations for excellence and reliable service. We are able deliver to your venue of choice within the Metropolitan districts of both cities free and offer a full range of recognised brands, boutique or the rare and unusual wines for your Wedding Day. Also we deliver a full range of Beer, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Cocktails, Ice (glasses when required).
Our competitive pricing and attention to detail will take the worry out of your day and let you focus on what is most important, your wedding. If you wish to taste the wines before your wedding we are happy to organise a private tasting (week nights between 5.00pm and 7.30pm). Some clients are split between favorites, cost and style. Many couples make a night of the tasting either with the bridal party or parents then followed by dinner.
Personalised Labels
Wedding Cellars have designed 12 generic labels for our clients. These labels are able to be modified to suit the personal information required and are applied to the wine that you choose to serve. The wines used are crafted by premium wine makers. The great benefit is that Wedding Cellars gives couples an avenue into the hidden labels market whereby they can access great quality at a fraction of the cost of the equivalent brand wines whilst also adding personal touch to their wedding celebrations.
We also have the ability to source wines of particular style if requested. Ask our friendly consultants what is possible to help make your Wedding Day perfect. Below are 6 sets of labels for red and white wine these can also be modified for sparkling and dessert wines.
Costing (inclusive of labels). Minimum purchase of 5 Cases (12 bottles) per wine selected be it red or white and a minimum of 3 cases for Sparkling wines. For smaller orders please contact our consultants.

For wines that are sourced from other vineyards other than those quoted above quotations will be given on a per bottle basis the prices will fluctuate dependant on supply, quality and availability.

Custom Labels
Some couples know exactly the design of their personlised labels. Wedding Cellars is here to put those thoughts onto your own personalised bottle. Some couples are less certain and need some coaxing. Our graphic designers are here to help you translate your vision onto the label. This rewarding experience truly encapsulates couples relationships. From designing personal monogram’s or having a couples tattoos used as a design tool it is a statement of unity which everyone at your Wedding will see. Everyone handles the wines at a wedding and this personalised label design will be a source of much conversation.
With the custom service the sky is the limit and we will do everything we can to get the look you want. Given appropriate notice we can source wine, bottle it in your choice of bottle, match the caps to the colouring of the label and theme you’ve chosen for your day. The choice is yours truly yours.
Rare and Aged Wines
Sourcing and buying rare and aged wine is a time consuming pursuit at Wedding Cellars we take this arduous task out of your increasingly busy schedule to secure the wine you desire. Using our industry contacts and knowledge we endeavor to find what you want.
We try our best to make sure that we obtain wine that has a trusted provenance however we cannot be responsible for the condition of the wine. The buyer should be aware that there is always some risk involved with purchasing wine a certain percentage will be spoilt via cork taint, poor storage conditions or oxidisation. We supply all receipts for the wines purchased along with a time sheet that clearly states the time spent in securing the wine.

We are happy to help you through the maze of wines to get you the perfect match of food and wine within your budget. We’re happy to conduct tastings at your work or after in the comfort of your own home. All we need is a little input from you.

Many clients make a social night of the experience, getting the bridal party or the respective in-laws to attend. It is fun, our tastings are conducted between 5pm and 7.30pm Monday to Friday with Thursday and Friday being the most popular evenings (bookings in advance recommended).
